Successful Gun-A-Palooza Event Contributes Significantly to Fairgrounds Revitalization
On Saturday, August 21, 2021 the Pickaway County Agricultural Society hosted Gun-A-Palooza with the intent of donating 75% of proceeds toward the fairgrounds revitalization. At the October 2021 PCAS monthly meeting Senior Fair Board President, Von Cremeans revealed that amount to be donated at a whopping $128,048.50, surpassing the board's expectations! A check made payable to the Pickaway County Community Foundation was presented by the board to County Commissioners as a gesture of thanks for their leadership in initiating the much needed construction of the new fairgrounds.
Next year’s Gun-A-Palooza event will be on Saturday, August 20, 2022.
